COMMISSIONS

Jacquelynn Novak accepts commissions large and small, both corporate and private. She enjoys working closely with clients and decorators to determine the unique needs of a given space in conjunction with a client's tastes.

The commission process involves at least one initial consultation to determine the objectives of the project. In any case in which the client requires the artist to visit the site, the client will provide transportation. Following the initial consultation, FluidWood will provide sketches, schematic layouts, wood finish/stain samples, and a contract to the client. This contract will include the cost of the project, a timeline for the project, and will provide the option for artist-supervised final assembly and installation. At this point, if the client accepts the project, the contract will be signed and returned to FluidWood with a 50% deposit. This deposit is fully refundable if FluidWood fails to comply with any contractual requirements. The client will pay the remaining balance within thirty days of installation or be charged a monthly interest rate.
